The Theta Archive ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.

We collect the following data when you use the Service:

• Email address and password (for account creation and login)
• Personal stats you provide: age, height, weight, body fat percentage, sex
• Fitness data: workout logs, nutrition entries, body measurements
• Third-party API keys you provide (intervals.icu, Hevy) — stored encrypted
• Data synced from connected services (intervals.icu, Hevy)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalise the Service
• To calculate your TDEE, macro targets and fitness metrics
• To sync data between your connected fitness services
• To improve the Service

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using:

• Supabase — account credentials and API keys (encrypted at rest)
• Cloudflare D1 — fitness tracking data (nutrition, workouts, measurements)
• Both services are GDPR-compliant and use industry-standard encryption

5. Third-Party Services

The Theta Archive integrates with:

• intervals.icu — to sync your training and wellness data
• Hevy — to sync your strength training data

We only access data from these services using the API keys you provide. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (`tta_session`) to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
